FAQ
What formula is used?
A widely used guideline of ~33ml per kg of body weight, plus 350ml per 30 minutes of exercise. Climate, pregnancy, and health conditions change your needs—use as a rough guide.
Do coffee and tea count?
Fluids from food and drinks contribute, but caffeinated drinks are mildly diuretic and usually aren't counted 1:1 with plain water.
Can I drink too much?
Excessive intake in a short time risks hyponatremia. Consult a doctor if you have kidney or heart conditions.
