Terms of Service

These terms govern the conditions of use of the productivity tools provided by ToolHub ("the Service"), and the rights and obligations of users and the Service.

The Service provides various free online tools such as text processing, calculation, conversion, and developer utilities. The Service may change or discontinue tools without prior notice.

The results of the Service's tools, especially tax and labor calculators (VAT, severance, annual leave, take-home pay, etc.), are estimates for reference only and have no legal or accounting authority. Verify actual figures and legal matters with a qualified professional or official authority.

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the tools.

Intellectual property rights in the Service and its design, logos, and content belong to the operator. You retain rights to any content you create or input using the tools.

You must use the Service in accordance with applicable laws and these terms, and must not interfere with its normal operation (e.g. excessive automated requests, reverse engineering, unauthorized reproduction).

The Service may display third-party ads to support operation. The Service assumes no responsibility for the content of external sites linked through ads, for any transactions made on those sites, or for any damages you may incur; such responsibility lies solely with the external sites.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any disputes shall follow the procedures set by applicable law.

These terms may be revised as needed; revised terms take effect upon posting on this page.
