Why is the default 209 monthly hours?
With a 40-hour week plus 8 paid weekly-rest hours, 48 hours × average weeks per month (365÷7÷12) ≈ 209 hours — the standard used for Korea's minimum wage conversion.
What if weekly rest allowance doesn't apply?
Change the monthly hours field to your actual hours (about 174 for a 40-hour week without the allowance).
