FAQ
How many days do I start with?
Under one year you earn 1 day per full month (max 11). After one year you get 15 days, growing by 1 day every 2 years up to 25.
Can the result differ from my actual leave?
It assumes 80%+ attendance and the statutory anniversary basis. Companies using fiscal-year accounting may differ.
